Undergraduate Legal Degree

1.1 Obtaining Registration and Degree-Granting Authority.

To become registered and receive degree-granting authority from the Committee of Bar

Examiners (Committee), a law school must establish its compliance with the

Unaccredited Law School Rules. The Unaccredited Law School Rules do not apply to undergraduate legal degree or paralegal programs.

The Undergraduate Legal Degree is the same materials used on the other two degrees, The JD Bar Program and Executive Degree.
